Order a cake

How it began…

We, two sisters with an Austrian background, asked ourselves: What could we do to generate money for our charity-foundation? Not only by saying “Thank you very much” for a gift, but by giving our supporters something in return. We got a practical idea: Baking cake with authentic Austrian flavor, like our Mom used to do. Would it be successful? Special flyers were made and we shared our idea with relatives and friends. We bake these specialities in order to support socially deprived children and young adults in Southeast Asia. In this way we are able to support kids to attend school and/or create a change to study.

Besides educational help we are able to support a children’s home and a hostel. It is wonderful to see how young people get help educationally and spiritually. In the meantime six years passed away and our Austrian assortment got new items like Muffins, “Austrian Gugelhupf” and “High Tea – arrangements”.

Who is supporting this possibility?

People around Amerongen ask specialities for birthday parties, jubilee, weddings etc. People working in different organisations like schools, churches, therapists, hospital etc. do help us too.

Christmas time

In December a Christmas fair held near the old church in Amerongen. It is a possibility to sell authentic Christmas Cookies, ‘Stollen’ etc. and explain the “AROON” story.
